Welcome to Casa Lugar Feliz which we purchased in April 2019. Our villa is fully licensed for holiday letting.
Casa Lugar Feliz is a 4 double bedroom luxury villa with private heated pool, hot tub, pool table and table tennis table. The villa is furnished and equipped to an exceptionally high standard. It is situated on one of the prime plots of Vista Lobos in Playa Blanca in an elevated position with spectacular seaviews.
Our stunning villa is located within walking distance of both water parks; 15 minutes walk to Flamingo beach and local restaurants; 30 minutes walk to Playa Blanca centre and within a couple of minutes walk of a supermarket and bus stop. The property benefits from a side gate which leads directly to the taxi rank across the road. There is also private off-road parking for two cars for those who prefer to drive making it an ideal base for your Lanzarote holiday.
