We had a lovely stay here in February half term. The Villa is well equipped and perfect for large parties. The Villa set up was perfect for us - a family of 4 plus 2 couples. We had the ground floor and each couple enjoyed private en suite facilities.
This wasn’t our first visit to Playa Blanca so we were familiar with the resort/island but it was nice to read the owner’s recommendations of where to eat/visit etc.
The large tv/Netflix and wide range of dvds was perfect for our children who wake early and we all enjoyed the pool/hot tub and bbq area.
I was a little nervous booking direct beforehand but had no need to worry, thank you.
Just returned from a weeks vacation at this lovely property. Hosts are very informative about everything to do with the property and the surrounding area. They have thought of everything inc Table Tennis and Pool Tables, and when we arrived it was in immaculate condition with a welcome pack left for us. Ideal for familes of 4-9, its so spacious!! 10/10 is our verdict and hope to book again some day.
Christmas Sunshine
We were lucky to find Casa Lugar Feliz available over Christmas for a week of winter sunshine. The booking with Simon was straight forward & he provided everything we needed to know. We've stayed in several villas in Playa Blanca, however, Casa Lugar Feliz has to be one of the best. The villa is just like the photos, everyone enjoyed those outdoor space during the day & it was lovely being able to sit & eat together as both tables seat 8. The indoor space was perfect too, pool table & sky TV. The biggest hit with my daughters was the hot tub, it was lovely in the evening. We were very lucky with the weather for the time of year - blue skies every day. It was brilliant having the side gate to exit the villa. The management team checked in on us & we had their details too if needed. The pool was cleaned during our stay & a change of towels. We would love to return to Casa Lugar Feliz for a 10 day stay as a week was not long enough! It's great to see the villas in Vista Lobos occupied. We had dinner across the road at Baily Bar which was handy not having to wait on taxis. Also had breakfast there the morning that we checked out before our transfer back to the airport. An amazing winter break with the family. Thank you Simon & Cheryl for sharing your villa with us.

We arrived back on Friday and are just getting back to normal after a very enjoyable week in Casa Lugar Feliz.
we are a couple and villa was perfect for our needs and we had a very relaxing stay it would also be ideal for a family or group of up to 8 people as it is very spacious.
We found the villa well equipped with most things we needed for the week and the people managing the villa were very friendly and helpful.
There was plenty of useful information sent via email and in the book in the villa to help answer questions so people enjoy their stay.
We found that the Honesty Bar was a nice touch to the villa.
We had fun trying to turn off the hot tub as the instructions in the book only said about turning it on. We figured it out though after googling it. maybe something for the book for people having blonde moments. lol
The villa itself is very well maintained and was very clean and tidy when we arrived. the only couple of very minor things we noticed during our stay was a couple of pool tiles needed some attention as they looked loose. and in the main bedroom upstairs the lamp needed replacing as the shade holder was cracked and in the bathroom the bin was a little rusty from moisture. apart from these very minor things the villa was perfect. - ALL NOW RESOLVED
We found the welcome pack very useful to start us off giving us chance to get shopping in. The only thing i would add would be some oil for cooking.
The side gate is a god send and saved us a lot of walking to get out of vista lobos. I don't think we used official entrance once (only to arrive for the week and when we went home).
If returning to Lanzarote which is quite likely as we really love the place we would definitely consider staying in this villa again and we have also recommended it to family and friends who have shown interest.

Fantastic from start to end!
Villa Casa Lugar Feliz has everything you need, from the moment we walked in to when we left. Table tennis table a huge hit, barbecued a couple of evenings with fantastic views over to Fuerteventura.
Taxi rank just outside the villa which was perfect, ate out at several restaurants but the Italian on the first night has to be the best! Mad waiters but so welcoming!

Our time at Casa Lugar Feliz has marked the end of package holidays for my family - we can never go back to those times having now sampled something much better!
We had such an amazing week (22-29 Oct 22). Aside from the fact that its location is fantastic, your first, and lasting impressions of the home itself constantly makes you glad of the choice to be there.
The villa is exceptionally spacious, with excellent attention to the furniture, cooking facilities and important extras like games…..and the pool!!! We have young kids and their swimming came on so much, with the space to swim and have fun, in private - and no issues finding a sun lounger for my Mum 😀
The final thing I would add is that we felt looked after, from the information provided and the management company’s assistance.
I would highly recommend Casa Lugar Feliz. Enjoy your good decision
Well - what can I say that hasn't already been said! We had a wonderful two weeks Aug 22 - Sept 5th 2022 at Casa Luga Feliz. From the cleaners to the pool man to Louise at the Management company - you couldn't want more from a stay at a Villa! The place itself was spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed and more. The pool and outside shower was great and we had air conditioned rooms, BBQ to use outside with a taxi rank outside the gate and a shop at the top of the road for essentials. It was great! The bigger supermarket is a taxi ride away but at only just over 3 Euros it doesn't break the bank. The Villa is far enough away from the town to enjoy the peace and quiet but close enough to get to places easier. A real find for us was Baileys restaurant and Bar over the road into Jardines del Sol where the food and staff are truly amazing with huge variety and a little entertaining (got pics to prove it!) Also happy hours every evening - best cocktails around too! Best outings were a visit to Playa del Carmen for the Go Karts, shops and beach, a whole day out, Marina Rubicon for Club Oasis and the Market on Weds & Sat and Playa Calero for the high end shops, amazing waterfront restaurants and the Yellow Submarine - best day of the holiday! Can't thank Simon and Cheryl enough for letting us stay and making booking and all communications super easy. We left quite a bit of left over alcohol in the bar for the next guests to enjoy!. Some bigger towels, extra bedding and maybe some condiments (salt, pepper, cooking oil) in the kitchen would be a welcome addition but that's all I can comment on!
Can't wait to go back and experience even more that Lanzarote has to offer!

We had a fabulous holiday in this beautiful villa. We went with friends and the 4 teenage boys loved the hot tub, table tennis and pool table. The villa is huge, spotlessly clean and has everything you need. Lovely and quiet at night, with air-conditioned rooms and comfy beds we all slept really well! Booking was easy, and communication and helpful tips much appreciated. We thoroughly recommend you stay here.
If you want a relaxing holiday in a beautiful home, look no further. Comfy beds, beautiful views, lovely pool and hot tub. The pictures on the web site do not do the villa justice, it is huge and beautifully presented. We hired a car, but actually didn’t really use it, as the side gate to the taxi rank across the road made it so easy for around 3 euros into the centre was the best. Go around 6.30 pm eat lovely food and the supermarkets are still open when you are finished. Perfect. Lovely art in the villa. So good that other Playa Blanca enthusiasts (my brother and family)have already booked after asking me how it was. Loads of good information sent prior to arrival and booking direct with the owners absolutely recommended.

We've travelled several times to the beautifull island of Lanzarote. Each time, we stay in a villa, and this time we found Casa Lugar Feliz. After reading previous reviews, we really wanted to try out this one. So we did!
After contacting Simon, everything was sorted out real quickly. Simon provided us from al the info we needed + a lot of extra's like tips for the best restaurants etc. Really great service.
At the arrival, everything was clean and well organised. The villa is equiped with everything you need to feel instant at home. The pool area (and it's fantastic views) provides everything you need so you just need to install and relax. Oooooh, i will mis those views (probably till next year ;) ) when waking up in the morning.
When you want to go shop for groceries, visit the center etc: there is a taxi range just next to the villa. So easy!
At the end of our holliday, my girlfriend was stolen her wallet. Although we had the documents of the police (and copies of the ID) our flight was refused at the airport. We had to stay untill we could book an other flight with an other company. We've contacted Simon to ask if it was possible to stay one more night. Since there was no other booking, Simon told us we could certainly stay as long we needed and he told us to have a great meal in the evening in the center of Playe Blanca to forget our troubles. Even after we got home i've received a message from Simon to ask how we were doing. I mean: could you be more helpfull?
So one more time: Thank you Simon for the fantastic stay & service you've provided with everything.

We booked a 4 week stay at Lugar Feliz.
The process of booking and communication was excellent.
We have been many times to Playa Blanca so we knew the location was ideal for us .
The villa does not disappoint in any way.
It’s spacious... it’s very nicely & tastefully furnished
It has great comfortable beds.. a well equipped kitchen .. dishwasher & a utility area with a washing machine.
And always hot water for showers !
The outdoor space is huge.
With plenty of sunny or shaded areas to enjoy!
And of course the view is wonderful.
It’s about a 30 minute stroll to the ferry landing .
There are bars & restaurants in abundance!
If you don’t have a car .. The taxi rank is on the doorstep .. 5€ to Rubicon harbour !

The perfect place for some Winter Sun - Enjoy your morning coffee watching the sun rise over Playa Blanca and in the evening, bask in a warm sunset watched over by Montana Roja!
The Villa is superb. Living areas and bedrooms are excellent. So much space! Catering for all the family (our children range from 6 to 15) we were happily entertained by the heated pool, hot tub, pool table and internet TV, as well as simply relaxing in the sunshine. The Villa is not overlooked at all, and set in a quiet location.
Living and entertaining in this Villa is a joy. A very well appointed kitchen is supplemented by a perfect BBQ area, with plenty of space for sitting and eating meals. The bar area and pool table add a serious dimension the entertaining potential of Villa Lugar Feliz!
Our first visit to Lanzarote did not disappoint, so much to do and see - if you can tear yourself away from the Villa - Playa Blanca is lovely town with plenty of good shops, restaurants and bars, all within walking distance or a €4 taxi ride! (taxi rank right outside the Villa!).

Wow! Casa Lugar Feliz is amazing, we can see why this is your 'happy place'.
This villa is so well equipped it is home from home, there was nothing we needed that wasn't provided.
The heated pool was a luxury, which kept the kids occupied for hours, the hot tub was superb also.
The Bbq was fantastic, we made great use of this, bbqing in December! Also a great viewing platform for the beautiful sunsets.
We thoroughly enjoyed the sunrise from Montana Roja and highly recommend.
We stayed at this amazing villa for 11 nights in November. Myself my husband, grandparents and three kids 11 5 and 2. The villa so spacious. Defnitely home from home. The kids were never bored. The pool and hotub were a huge hit with everyone. When the kids wanted to chill out they had the TV room with all the latest movies and TV channels/ games. You literally dont look for anything its all in the villa. The BBQ area is the best. We had some wonderful evenings chilling out there eating some gorgeous food cooked on the BBQ. My parents stayed downstairs they had their own living quarters its that big!!! I would highly recommend this villa to anyone but especially those with young families. Simon and Cherl were so pleasant to deal with. We can't wait to book again!
We stayed at the villa for 9 days over the October school holidays and had the most wonderful time. Our expectations were high after seeing the pictures but, trust me, the villa is even better in person. From the beautifully appointed bedrooms with proper hairdryers ladies 👌to the honesty bar and games area downstairs we didn’t want to leave. The pool area was fantastic and we could easily sit and watch the boys swimming from the upper seating area. I never thought I could enjoy a villa holiday this much. I would highly recommend a stay in Casa Lugar Feliz - we hope to be back very soon.
Stayed from 21-28th September 2019. Villa was amazing. In a great position in Playa Blanca with sea views from the top floor. The villa is fantastic and has been renovated to an excellent standard. Spotlessly clean and even had bins and towel change half way through the week which we were not expecting. Well appointed with crockery and cutlery and all of good quality. Such an airy feel and pool was clean and looked after. We saw the pool man twice in a week! There was a fault with the hot tub but a replacement was provided which went over and above what others would have. I cannot recommend highly enough and we will hopefully book for our next Playa Blanca holiday!
A one-week stay for 2 adults in September. Having stayed at Vista Lobos 4 time already we chose this property as it was new to market. It is kitted out like a home not a holiday let. Quality cutlery, plates ,glasses and so on and ample quantity. A massive plus is the side gate walk out to the taxi rank rather than through the estate in some not well lit areas. On arrival the hot tub was down within 24 hours a temporary replacement was installed and ready to use by Damion and the management company. Pool was lovely and warm. Beds very comfortable and bar area and fridge would be great for entertaining.Two dining areas inside and outside area next to barbecue. Plenty of hot water and aircon worked excellent.Parking for 2 care achievable but would be tight. Very private. Electric gate. Nice outside lighting. I struggle to find a fault if anything the towels are average but same as every other villa we have stayed in. I would very much recommend this villa.
